At Diamond Basin Design Co., every piece of jewelry is created with care and inspired by the western way of life. We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes something may not be quite what you expected.

14-Day Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Items must be returned with their original packaging, when available.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


Exchanges

Want something different? We’re happy to help!

Exchanges for another design or size are available depending on current inventory and materials. If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer store credit toward a future purchase.

Any price difference between exchanged items will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned pieces cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

For qualifying issues, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning jewelry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
